Flanagan Paper on Social Behaviors Accepted for Presentation at Corporate Communication International at Baruch College/CUNY

Columbia NJ – February 2, 2012– Wendy Flanagan, President of Brand4Market, has been selected to present her paper Social Behavior Engages Motivation 3.0: How attributes of Social Media are changing corporate performance systems and re-inventing trust at the Conference on Corporate Communications 2012 to be held in NYC in June, 2012. The paper was originally researched and written on behalf of Dittman Incentive Marketing in 2010.

Readily identifiable behaviors in Social Media are changing the way corporate incentive, recognition, and rewards programs are being implemented and delivered. Through her work in Social Media Marketing, Flanagan became intrigued by neuromarketing and the psychology of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in social environments. Corporations are now leveraging gamification (the designed challenges that motivate consumers playing video games) and the behaviors demonstrated in Social Media for rapid and willing change in corporate culture and behaviors.
